What cameras do you use?
We use HD Go Pro cameras for all the recording.
How far will you travel?
The short answer is anywhere. we have providing karaoke throughout the UK including some of Europe, there really is no limit, just note that distance is reflected in our quote.
What happens if a camera is damaged?
As long as the camera wasn’t broken maliciously then no problem, we understand that accidents happen.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
With private bookings, we need a 20% deposit to secure the date and the rest payable up to 2 weeks prior to your event. The deposit is taken from the final fee.
With public bookings e.g. pubs and bars, we do not require a deposit.
The venue has a sound limiter is that a problem?
We eat sound limiters for breakfast, in that we work with them all the time so this isnt a problem at all.
Do I have to get the audio package as well
Yes, you will need to purchase the audio service as well to get the video service, the reason for this is the microphones on the camera are poor and won’t do the video justice.
How much space do you need?
We can adapt to any space, but ideally, we need 2 x 3 metres of space to set up the booth and speakers.
If your space is smaller that’s fine, just let us know on the booking form.
